Each individual may register only one (1) kf777 account. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the kf777 banking section, which may be updated from time to time.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. kf777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party account and to suspend the associated kf777 account pending investigation.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the kf777 Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct in connection with any game or transaction on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering or operating more than one kf777 account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kf777 staff, support agents, or other Players.

kf777 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it deems suspicious. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kf777 may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold or recover any funds associated with the prohibited activity.

All content on the kf777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the exclusive property of kf777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

kf777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any kf777 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of kf777's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. kf777 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kf777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

kf777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kf777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, kf777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's account. kf777's total liability to any Player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kf777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

kf777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. kf777 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. • The Player's account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to kf777.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable player.

Upon account closure, kf777 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to kf777. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure where the closure results from a breach of these Terms.

Players may also voluntarily close their kf777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. kf777 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
